Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiries and to provide our services, such as the details you choose to send us through the contact form.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you provide are sent to us by email so that we can reply. We use this information to handle your request and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Email delivery
Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered using a third-party email delivery provider (Resend). The content of your message passes through this provider in order to reach us.
Client portal authentication
Access to the client portal uses Firebase Authentication. If you have a portal account, your email address and authentication details are processed to sign you in and to keep your session secure.
Data stored in the portal
Portal data — such as your organization, your requests and the related conversation history — is stored in Google Firestore so that you and we can access your support history.
Cookies and local storage
The website and portal use your browser's local storage for preferences such as your chosen language and theme, and for keeping you signed in to the portal. This is not used for advertising.
Analytics
We do not currently use third-party advertising or tracking analytics on this website. This page will be updated if that changes.
