When you use the contact form, the name, email address and message you provide are sent to us by email so that we can reply. We use this information to handle your request and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered using a third-party email delivery provider (Resend). The content of your message passes through this provider in order to reach us.

Access to the client portal uses Firebase Authentication. If you have a portal account, your email address and authentication details are processed to sign you in and to keep your session secure.

Portal data — such as your organization, your requests and the related conversation history — is stored in Google Firestore so that you and we can access your support history.

The website and portal use your browser's local storage for preferences such as your chosen language and theme, and for keeping you signed in to the portal. This is not used for advertising.

We may use Google Analytics and other Google services to analyze the use of our website, provide technical functionality, and continuously improve our services.

Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, pages visited, access times, and other usage-related information may be processed.

Processing is carried out by Google Ireland Limited and/or Google LLC. Depending on the services used, personal data may also be transferred to countries outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area.
